TESLA’s Lipstick is a true re-issue of the original 1950’s and 60’s pickup used on Danelectro® and Silvertone® guitars.

The Tesla Lipstick pickups use Alnico magnets and a special winding technique to bring out the great tone of the past. The tone is bright and jangly, just like the original pickups.

TESLA offers matched sets for neck and bridge; these are reverse wound to create the hum cancelling effect if used as a set.
